SOME OF OUR FAVORITE RECIPES
100 Bowls of Chili
25 lbs ground meat
3 #10 (6 1b 6 oz) cans tomatoes (run through blender)
3.5 lbs Albert Agnor’s championship Chili Mix
3 #10 cans of water
Brown meat. Pour off excess grease. Add Chili mix and stir thoroughly. Add tomatoes after running through blender. Add water. Simmer over low heat, stirring to prevent sticking on bottom. Albert Agnor’s seasonings may be bought in bulk for $7.50 /lb.
Chili Cheese Dip
Mix 1 quart of chili prepared with Albert Agnor’s Championship Chili Mix with ½ lb grated Cheddar Cheese. Heat chili and cheese in chafing dish. Serve as dip with corn chips.
Spicy Party Dip
Mix 1 cup sour cream with 1 tbsp Albert Agnor’s Championship Chili Mix. Let stand at least several hours. Serve with chips or crackers.
Tasty Tacos
Brown 1 lb ground beef in skillet. Drain. Add 2 tbsp Albert Agnor’s Championship Chili Mix and w1 cup water to beef. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon into Taco shells. Add lettuce, chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese, if desired.
Easy Broiled Chicken
Sprinkle desired chicken pieces liberally with Albert Agnor’s Meat Seasoning on both sides. Let sit for 30 minutes. Drizzle 1 Tblsp Italian dressing over chicken pieces. Cook on the grill 5-10 minutes per side, or cook under the broiler, on middle oven rack, turning chicken during cooking time, until center shows no pink when cut.
